A child of North Carolina natives and former successful “corporate warrior,” I specialize in the sale of new and existing homes in the Wilmington, NC area. I love working with both sellers who are moving on to new areas or up/downsizing their lifestyles and with buyers seeking new situations as well. Prior to real estate I spent 20 years with one of the world’s largest life insurance carriers who provided me untold numbers of valuable lessons in marketing, sales and administration.
